All orders within Canada will receive free shipping.
For international orders you will be able to select the shipping option that best suits you during checkout. These options are provided by our shipping partner and calculated in real-time. Prices will vary depending on your location.
Order Processing Times
All orders generally will be processed within two business days of order submission.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points” by our shipping partner.
Shipping To Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order.
If you wish or require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from TempoItaly.com with your order’s tracking number and above tracking details. Just click on the link to take you to the shipping partner’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our shipping partner’s site.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email email@example.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges (including all charges actually incurred by us for shipping within Canada).
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
