Returns & Exchange Terms and Conditions

We want you to be completely happy with your Tempo Italy purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept your timely return of merchandise in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

All sale and discounted items are  ineligible for return, refund or exchange; these are final sales.

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and presented with a valid original invoice.

We will not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or exchange that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged during shipping and we will not provide a refund or exchange for these items.

We offer complimentary shipping for all authorized returns and exchanges within Canada.

Returns and exchanges outside of Canada will be subject to return shipping charges [in the same manner as orders; please see our Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions]. For international returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for all taxes, export or import duties, processing or other fees (such as customs brokerage fees), which may be charged on the items returned to us or the items sent to you in exchange.

How to Request a Return for Refund or Exchange

To arrange a return or exchange:
  1. Enter your email and order number into the Returns Manager to bring up your order.
  2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Enter item details and the reason for the return. If your item is damaged please include details.
  4. Confirm your return by clicking the 'Submit' button.
  5. You'll receive an email from us within 1 business day with your Return Authorization.

Please note: You have 10 business days to post the return once your return request is submitted.

Your Return Package:
  1. Place your item back into the Tempo Italy box or other secure packaging along with the original invoice and securely seal the box.
  2. Use the Prepaid Return Label supplied with your order. If you do not have a Prepaid Return Label please contact support@tempoitaly.com.
  3. Arrange a pick up time with the shipping carrier found on your Prepaid Return Label.
  4. We will contact you once your return or exchange has been processed.
Online Return Refund & Processing

The amount charged by Tempo Italy will be refunded to the original method of payment by Tempo Italy.

All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon approval of return request.

Restrictions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
